Little Woodside

A delightful period cottage which has been a cherished family home for 30 years but now needs modernisation for the next generation.
Rurally located within beautiful countryside and enjoying a magical setting, this property has huge potential to create a dream home.
Set in just under 2 acres, and within a beautiful pastoral setting with no visible neighbours, the property is accessed via a long, private drive, yet is not isolated and remains within easy reach of the main conurbations
Originally a small period cottage, this was extended +40 years ago to create the current form, a detached cottage of some 1,300 sq ft centrally located in a large plot.

Little Woodside cont'd

This cottage will benefit from modernisation but has huge potential to create a dream home, subject to planning and budget.
The layout comprises 3 bedrooms, family bathroom and separate WC to first floor. A generous sitting room with woodburning stove forms the heart of the ground floor. An adjoining modest kitchen opens to an entrance hall, with WC and link to the garage. A west facing "garden room" provides a dining room adjacent to the sitting room.

The Outside

It is the private and exceptional setting that defines this property as a unique opportunity.
A long private drive leading to a very secluded property.
In addition to its own paddock the cottage has lovely vistas over adjoining pasture and woodland.
With no visible near neighbours, a tranquil setting and yet only a short drive to major conurbations, this is a fabulous location.
