We’re often asked about the London market and the impact it has on sales here in The Three Counties. The London and South East region continues to be an important source of buyers for the region and numerous London homeowners are “seizing the moment” to cash in on recent property gains. The sums still make sense for them, especially due to the increasingly high cost of living in the capital. Families can still swap a small London home for a large family house with land in our region, lowering or paying off their mortgage and/or paying for school fees.
