Although it’s only the first week of February we are already seeing encouraging signs of the market springing back into life. Activity was muted at the back end of 2017 but it seems applicants are increasing keen to book viewings and we’ve we had a very encouraging number of valuations being booked in. There are more buyers than new properties which is helping support prices and don’t see this changing quickly.
