With a cautious welcome to the Governments relaxation of lockdown for the property industry this week, we are pleased to advise that Grant & Co are once again open for business. We will be pleased to speak to people and arrange appointments for viewings, listing new properties and sales.
Our office is open for meetings by appointment at this juncture and we anticipate having a full team of staff operating by 1 June 2020.
This message comes with the caveat that we will want, and need, to take sensible health precautions for all appointments until further notice. We will be maintaining sensible social distancing for work and viewings and will wear/offer protective gloves where appropriate. We anticipate restricting property visits to only those that are necessary. Whilst we will review on a case by case basis, new viewings should be for people who are in, or close to, a proceedable position, in line with current Government guidance.
