Upper Oaklands

This generous 4 bedroom home was built some 35 years ago and has been modernised by the current owners. It sits comfortably in the large garden with an ample, gravelled front drive (1,943 sq ft).
3 good bedrooms and a family bathroom occupy the first floor with a spacious landing providing a study/work area.
A 4th double bedroom on the ground floor benefits from an adjacent 2nd family bathroom, which could be made en suite if desired.
The welcoming entrance hall leads through to the rear garden door, with patio and veranda in front of the sitting room. There is a useful utility room off the hallway.
At the front of the house is the modern fitted kitchen/dining area. A granite work surface combines an induction hob and integrated appliances below. Twin eye level electric ovens are built into the wall units. This double aspect room is light and airy with a crisp finish.
The wide hallway leads to the first floor stairs, the ground floor bedroom/bathroom, and 2 reception rooms - a dining room and a smart sitting room with wood burning stove and bi-fold doors to the patio.

The Outside

A private access roadway leads off the B4214 Tenbury Road, giving good access to local facilities.
Of brick construction under a modern tile roof, this well maintained and presented detached property has a gravelled entrance drive opening to a large parking area and double carport, there is plenty of parking space.
Pedestrian walkways to either side of the house lead to the large rear garden. This private south facing garden is a fabulous compliment to the house, a sunny vista with mature planting.
There are fenced and hedged boundaries to the neighbouring properties and a mature tree lined southern boundary to open farmland.
The hedge lined front garden is mainly laid to lawn and has a large garden shed, with power supply.
