1 Bowley Lane

An entrance porch (in need of some refurbishment) leads to the internal hallway with stairs to the first floor. There is a sitting room with an open fire place (currently blocked off) and patio doors opening to the front garden.
At the rear is a fitted kitchen/breakfast room with 2 built in storage cupboards and space for a Rayburn. (A Rayburn had previously been fitted but has since been removed in recent years).
At the rear of the kitchen, there is a small utility area, a W.C and a good sized, boot room/store room with access into the garden.
On the first floor are 3 bedrooms, (two doubles and a single) and a family bathroom with separate bath and shower cubicle.

The Outside

The property has its own private driveway off the main road and some hard standing parking areas, there is easily ample space to create further parking areas if required.
The level gardens are laid mainly to lawn and contain seating areas, a greenhouse (in need of some tlc) and a former railway carriage/store.
A second lawned area gives access to a former large vegetable garden, which offers plenty of scope and could be reinstated if required.
There is a detached, timber workshop, 40' x 20' with electricity connected.
There is also a superb paddock extending to 6½ Acres accessed from the driveway, with a second access leading onto the road. (Mains water is available to the paddock).
