A welcoming short path leads through the garden to the front door, opening to the entrance/dining hall
An open plan kitchen with breakfast bar forms the heart of the house with an Aga in pride of place, supplemented by a Leisure electric range cooker.
A utility pantry leads off the kitchen with space for white goods.
The cosy sitting room opens from the dining hall and has views to the Malvern Hills.
A rear hall, with cloak/shower room, leads to the lower ground floor and two bedrooms, the principal large double bedroom with patio doors leading to the sheltered al fresco seating area.
Stairs from the hall lead to a split galleried landing, family bathroom to the right, two vaulted rooms to the left in the oldest part of the cottage.
These latter two rooms provide a walk through dressing room/home office leading to a double bedroom. The former could be an additional or occasional 4th bedroom.

The gated entrance drive leads onto a gravelled driveway where there is ample private parking.
The cottage sits in an elevated, sheltered position in the east of the grounds, with the stables and outbuilding below the cottage, adjacent to the northern boundary.
A small pasture paddock lies below the buildings with traces of ancient ridge and furrow cultivation. This paddock amounts to ½ an acre.
