Sutton St Nicholas is a pretty, rural village located to the north-east of the Cathedral City of Hereford. Historically known for its Hop fields and the white-faced Hereford cattle, it is still very much an agriculturally-based community today. Situated amongst beautiful Herefordshire countryside, the property is well-placed to enjoy a rural quality of life and village atmosphere, yet is within easy commute of the local market towns, larger towns and cities.

Little Venns Green

This delightful period farmhouse style cottage dates back to the 1700's and has latterly been extended to provide a spacious and comfortable home.
The welcoming, open-plan kitchen/breakfast room is the heart of this lovely home and benefits from an Aga and has a good-sized walk-in larder and additional, useful utility room.
The cosy dining room, with inglenook fireplace and wood-burner is a versatile room and could easily be used as a study or snug.
There is a spacious sitting room with open fireplace and a light and bright garden room overlooking the garden and paddocks.
Good-sized entrance hall and shower room, with stairs from the hall leading up to the galleried landing and bedrooms/bathrooms on the first floor.
The Master bedroom has its own dressing room and en-suite bathroom. Two further double bedrooms with double aspect share the family bathroom.
